1902 - Worked with J.P.Morgan and John D. Rockefeller to maneuver the formation of McCormick’s International Harvester Co.[1]

1902 to 1916 - Bentley, Burling & Swan (Thomas W. Swan, Yale 1900).[1]

1884 - Northwestern University.[1]

1883 - Worked with his father’s office and then partner of Quigg & Bentley 1889 to 1902.[1]
